Set back from the road, 20 Hill Ave is surrounded by a large parkland garden.  Tall gum trees and a large grassed area provide the perfect setting for outside games or to simply enjoy the serenity the vast outside space and quiet residential area has to offer however, is only a short walk to the local shops and eateries.
